Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited is looking for Graduates having Associate Membership of the ICSI , for the Post of Executive Trainee (Secretariat) for its Corporate Office at New Delhi.
Ø Job Specifications & Other Details
Qualification
Graduate with ACS
Preference: Candidate with post qualification relevant experience and with additional qualification of Law shall be preferred
Upper Age Limit- 29 Years
Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST Candidates, 3years for OBC (non creamy layer) candidates and 10 years for physically challenged candidates.
The reservation for these categories will be as per Govt. directions.
Ø Emoluments
The selected candidates will be placed in the sacle of Pay of Rs 10750-430-16750 as Executive (Secretariat)
The average total cost to Company including Basic Pay, DA, and other allowances and benefits provided by the Company during the tenure would be around Rs 5.0 Lakh per annum
The Pay Scales mentioned above are due for revision with effect from 01/01/2007
Ø Training, Absorption and Bond Period
• Will be placed on training for a period of one year
• After successful completion of training, will be absorbed as Executive (Secretariat) in the scale of Rs.11225-450-17525/-
• will have to execute a service agreement Bond to serve the Company for a period of three years after completion of training
• Service Agreement Bond for amount of Rs 1,00,000/(Rupees one Lakh only)
