Appointment of Punjab and Haryana High Court Additional Judges
In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (1) Shri Mehinder Singh Sullar (2) Shri Ram Chand Gupta and (3) Shri Gurdev Singh to be an Additional Judges of the Punjab & Haryana High Court, for a period of two years with effect from the dates they assume charge of their offices.
