Online Registration for IFFI 2009

The online registration for Media Accreditation for the 40^th International Film Festival of India, Goa will open from October 12, 2009. Media persons can log on to http://pib.nic.in/accreditation and fill in the requisite details to proceed further. The 40^th International Film Festival of India will be held at Panaji, Goa from November 23rd 2009 to December 3^rd 2009.

         

Media persons with at least three years professional experience of covering film festivals and who are not below 18 years of age can register themselves.  Application should be recommended by the concerned Organisation. Applications must be accompanied with scanned copies of Passport Size Photograph, recommendation letter from Editor/Bureau Chief and at least three clippings pertaining to different years. In addition, foreign journalists would be required to scan and upload their J-VISA. For PIOs, a letter from the Head of the Indian Mission as per the format in the form would be required.

         

The last date for online registration for accreditation is November 15, 2009. Only online applications will be accepted. Anyone applying or registered as a delegate will not get media accreditation. The status of approved applications would be electronically conveyed to the concerned individuals. The Accreditation cards can be finally collected from Media Centre, PIB, Maquinez Palace annexe, Old GMC Heritage Precinct, D B Marg, Campal, Panaji, Goa 403001 from 10am, 19^th November 2009 onwards.
