Shri V.K. Bhasin appointed as Secretary, Legislative Department, Ministry of Law and Justice

The President is pleased to appoint Shri V.K. Bhasin, a permanent officer of the Indian Legal Service as Secretary, Legislative Department, Ministry of Law and Justice with effect from the forenoon of the 20th October, 2009. Shri Bhasin has been earlier working as Additional secretary in the Legislative Department in the Ministry of Law & Justice.
