Company Law Board to get 3 new members
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of following officers as Members in Company Law Board:
1. Shri U. C. Nahta ( Member Technical )
2. Smt. Lizamma Augustine ( Member Judicial); and
3. Shri B. S. V. Prakash Kumar.
